                   2. I request you to issue necessary posting orders to the above  promotees under the powers delegated in B.P. Ms. No.61 (Sectt. Branch) dated 1.8.1988 under Regulation 106 of the TNEB Service Regulations.  The date of their joining as Assistant Executive Engineer/ Mechanical may be intimated.

          3.  In this connection, I invite your attention to B.P. Ms (F.B) No.45 (Adm.Branch) dated 5.9.1988, wherein clear instructions have been issued regarding posting of personnel in the central office.

          4.  It is informed that the above allotment is issued subject to further order to be passed by High Court/Chennai in respect of M.P.No.2 of 2013 in Writ Petition No.12432/2013 filed by N. Suresh Babu and others.  The above condition may be incorporated in the posting orders issued to them.

          5. The Superintending Engineers concerned are requested to serve the appointment-cum-posting orders to the individuals only if they are free from D.P. / undergoing punishment / Vigilance remarks.

6. Item Nos.2, 3,5,6,7,8 and 9 are not eligible for transfer Travelling allowance.
