                       In the B.P cited, orders have been issued for the minimum period of service prescribed in the post of Mazdoor, Helper, Helper cum Meter Reader, Assessor Grade II for  promotion to higher post as follows :-

                  2) During the Wage Revision negotiation meeting with the Management, the employees unions have represented to reduce the above mentioned period to 2 years from 5 years for further promotion.

                   3) The representation of the employees unions have been examined and accordingly it is ordered that the service condition prescribed for promotion  from the post of Helper, Helper cum Meter Reader and Assessor Grade II  be reduced to 2 years instead of 5 years with effect from the date of settlement i.e., 09.01.2014
