In pursuance of the above
Court order dated 16.12.2010 the following Diploma holders of RWE employees who
have been selected for promotion as Junior Engineer/ Electrical II Grade on
temporary basis under Regulation 106 of TNEB Service Regulation are allotted to
the Circles noted against their names for issue of appointment and postings:-

2) The Superintending
Engineers concerned are requested to issue the appointment and posting orders
on promotion to the individuals mentioned above under intimation to this
Branch.
3) The Superintending Engineers are informed
that their seniority, will be issued
later on par with the junior in the post of Junior Engineer/ Electrical II
Grade (Diploma holders).
4) The Superintending Engineers are requested to
report the date of relief and joining of the above individuals immediately.
5) The promotee concerned should join duty at
the place posted immediately from the date of relief and no request for
modification of postings will be entertained.
6) If they fail to join duty immediately on
relief from the present Station, promotion orders will be cancelled.
7) The attention of the Superintending Engineers
are invited to this Branch letter No.113304/F1/A1/93-1, dated 22.11.1993 and
issue suitable instructions to the Officer concerned to relieve the official
immediately from the date of issue of appointment and postings without waiting
for joining of substitute and if any of the officers do not relieve, necessary
action may be taken against them, for not relieving them promptly as instructed
in Memo. dated 22.11.1993.
8) It is also hereby certified that the above
individuals are fully possesses the required qualification to hold the post of
Junior Engineer/ Electrical II Grade and their pay can be fixed as per rules in
force.
9) The attention of the Superintending Engineers
concerned are invited to this office instructions issued in Memo.
No.100855/515/G42/G423/2002-1, dated 30.08.2002 and adhere to the instructions
strictly.
10) The above promotion is without prejudice to
the orders of High Court in the Review Petition if any filed in the matter.
