In the references cited, the
particulars were called for, for 214 Accounts Supervisors for drawal of fresh
panel based on the crucial date 25.03.2011.
Now, the crucial date for the year 2012 (i.e.,) 25.03.2012 is already
crossed and the panel has to be drawn on the crucial date of 25.03.2012.
2) I am to inform that the Performance
Assessment Report, D.P. particulars and Service particulars in respect of names
of 214 Accounts Supervisors mentioned in the Annexure is already called for
under reference cited are likely to be considered for inclusion in the panel
for promotion to the post of Assistant Accounts Officer on the crucial date of
25.03.2012.
3) I request you to furnish 6 copies of suitability reports duly filled up and signed by the
officers in respect of Accounts Supervisors as mentioned in the
Annexure those who have passed Accountancy Higher Grade within the period of
25.03.2011 to 25.03.2012 along with the service particulars in the separate
sheet. If any of the Accounts Supervisor
has not passed the above test, the fact may be informed to this office.

4) I also request you to
furnish the list of Accounts Supervisors of your circle those who are qualified
for promotion including the officials those who were temporarily relinquished
and the period is completed on the crucial date 25.03.2012 along with the
particulars of all the qualified Accounts Supervisors names may be sent to this
office in the proforma (Format I & II) enclosed.
5) The Performance Assessment Reports for the year 2011 in respect of qualified
Accounts Supervisors may also be sent
along with the above particulars, if not already sent, the same may be sent positively
before 20.12.2012. If the
P.A.R. were not written up for some reason or other, the position may also be
intimated to this office to avoid further correspondence in this regard.
6) The particulars of D.P. if any initiated
against the above Accounts Supervisors in the intervene period, the details of
punishment awarded undergoing punishment may be clearly furnished in the
Format-I copies of charge Memos./Final orders/ Modified orders on appeal/appeal
rejections etc. should also be furnished wherever necessary.
7) Further, I am also request
you to send the above particulars of all the qualified Accounts Supervisors of
your circle, for promotion as Asst. Accounts Officer on or before 20.12.2012 with the certificate to the effect that the
particulars of the qualified Accounts Supervisors as on 25.03.2012 of your Circle
have been sent and there is no omission.
8) It is informed that if the
required particulars are not received before the due date (i.e.,) on 20.12.2012, then the concerned
Superintending Engineers will be held personally responsible for any omission
of names to be included in the proposed panel.
