approved in (Per.) CMD TANGEDCO Proceedings No.4, (Adm. Branch), dated
27.01.2012.
3) This order is communicated to the concerned
officers.
4) The Administrative Supervisors as detailed in
the Annexure-I of this TANGEDCO Proceedings is informed that their names are
not selected in the approved list for the reasons stated against their names
and they may prefer an appeal if any,
within 2 (Two) months from the date of communication of this approved
list. If no appeal is received within
the said period, (i.e.) approved list communicated, shall be deemed as final.
5) The above panel is valid for a period of one
year from the date of issue of this Proceedings.
6) The receipt of this TANGEDCO Proceedings
shall be acknowledged.
