                   In continuation of this office letter 2^nd cited, I request to obtain and forward the applications from such of those willing employees

(i)                 who have passed out diploma in Electrical and Mechanical in 4/2011 or earlier

(ii)                who have come forward to the regular time scale of pay as on the

crucial date i.e 19.10.2011

(iii)                the period of one year (regular service) need not be looked into

The other conditions laid down in reference (2) cited will remain unaltered.

                     As the internal selection of such those willing eligible employees has to be  finalized and postings to be issued to fill up the existing number of vacancies,  I request that the above  particulars to be sent in the format already prescribed on or before 11.01.2013 positively without fail.

                   The issue may be treated as most immediate.
