2) They should await for further reposting orders from the Superintending Engineer concerned and join
duty in the new station immediately after obtaining proper relief from the
present station.
3) They are also informed that they are not
eligible for Transfer Travelling Allowances as the transfer has been ordered at
their own request.

are requested to serve the transfer orders subject to the following conditions and to relieve the
individual forthwith on receipt of reposting orders from the Superintending
Engineer's concerned and also report the date of their relief promptly
(i)
If the official is involved in D.P/Vigilance Remarks and the work and
conduct are not satisfactory and to return the same with details.
and also
(ii) If the details mentioned in the Request
transfer application is found to be false and to return the order to this
office with detailed remarks.
Copy to the Superintending Engineer/concerned.
The
S.E.s mentioned in the column 4 are requested to issue the reposting orders to
the individuals through the Superintending Engineer's concerned with a copy to
this office and to report the date of their joining duty promptly
