                   The names of 6 (Six) officials who have been selected as Senior Chemist in the category 3 under Division VI Class II service is allotted to the circles as detailed in the Annexure for issue of promotion order to the officials.

          2. It is requested to issue orders of appointment and posting under Regulation 106(a) (1) of TNEB Service Regulation and their pay may be fixed under Service Regulation 33(b).

          3. I request you to inform the individuals that no representation for change in the postings made and extension of time to join duty will be entertained.  The date of their joining as Senior Chemist may be intimated.

          4.  I also requested you to advise the individuals to join duty within one week from the date of relief in the present post, failing which it will be taken that they are not interested to accept the appointment and further action will be taken to cancel their appointment.

          5.  It is informed that the above allotment is issued subject to further order to be passed by High Court of Madras against W.P.No.26824/2014 DT.15.11.2014 filed by Thiru. T. Sittrambalam, Junior Chemist as follows:-

“Any Promotion made would be subject to result of the W.P.”

The above condition may be incorporated at the time of issue of necessary orders to them.

         

6. The Superintending Engineers concerned are requested to serve the appointment-cum-posting orders to the individuals only if they are free from D.P./ undergoing punishment / Vigilance remarks.

          7.  It is requested to inform the individuals that their seniority will be issued separately.

8.  Item Nos.3, 5 and 6 are not eligible for transfer travelling allowance.

     9.  The receipt of this letter shall be acknowledged.
