2) Thiru. S.Balakrishnan (DOB: 07.09.1962) who
is the first person in the present panel, will take his rank below Thiru.
A.Muruganantham, (DOB:18.10.1958) item No.31 in the previous panel of Stores
Officer approved in (Per.) CMD TANGEDCO Proceedings No.72 (Adm. Branch)
dated22.06.2013.
3) This order is cummunicated to the concerned
officials including those who have been overlooked.
4) The Stores Supervisors detailed in the
Annexure-I of this B.P. are informed that their cases are not selected for the
reasons mentioned against their names and they may prefer an appeal within 2
(Two) months from the date of communication of this approved list. If no appeal received within the said period,
the approved list communicated shall be deemed as final.
5) This panel is valid for one year from the
date of approval.
6) The promotion of 22 Stores Supervisors will
be made purely on temporary basis without any rights including seniority in the
category of Stores Officer subject to
the outcome of W.P.Nos.2537/2005, 2738/2005 and 2539/2005 pending before the
High Court/Madras.
7) Receipt of the TANGEDCO. Proceedings shall be
acknowledged.

Supervisors (10 Nos.) as shown in the Annexure are selected for appointment to
the post of Stores Officer in the Chairman-cum-Managing Director/TANGEDCO
Proceedings cited are allotted to your Region against the existing vacancies.
2) I
am to inform that with reference to Note (1) Annexure-II referred in Regulation
93 of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Service Regulations, orders of appointment
and posting as Stores Officer may be issued by you to the above promotes under
intimation to this Office.
3) I
am also to request you to incorporate the following clause in the appointment
and posting orders of the above promotees.

If he/she do/does not join duty within the time indicated,
his/her promotion orders will be cancelled and the next junior will be
promoted.
