                   I am to invite your kind attention to the references cited and I am to inform you that the suitability reports inrespect of Junior Engineers/ Civil II Grade mentioned in the Annexure have not been received till date. The preparation of panel is kept pending for want of above particulars.

                   Therefore, I am to request you to send the reports immediately to this office on or before 25.11.2013 without fail.  If the reports is not received the above said period, this may be deemed to be final.
