                   The  names of 12 (Twelve) officials (i.e) 3 (Three) Junior Engineer/ Ciivil I Grade 8 (Eight) Assistant Engineers/Civil and 1 Chief Head Draughtsman who have been selected as Assistant Executive Engineer /Civil on promotion in the reference cited are allotted as detailed in Annexure for issue of appointment cum promotion order to the officials, as the promotions are regular one and are prepared on the basis of properly select list approved under reference 2^nd cited.

2. I request you to issue necessary posting orders to the above  promotes under the powers delegated in B.P. Ms. No.61 (Sectt. Branch) dated 1.8.1988 under Regulation 106 of the TNEB Service Regulations.  The date of their joining as Assistant Executive Engineer/Civil may be intimated.

          3.  In this connection, I invite your attention to B.P. Ms (F.B) No.45 (Adm. Branch) dated 5.9.1988, wherein clear instructions have been issued regarding posting of personnel in the central office.

          4. The Superintending Engineers concerned are requested to serve the appointment-cum-posting orders to the individuals only if they are free from D.P. / undergoing punishment / Vigilance remarks.

5. Item Nos.1, 2,4,  5,7,8, 12 are not eligible for transfer Travelling allowance.
