In the Board's Proceedings first cited, orders were issued fixing norms for sanctioning commissioning/incentive. Accordingly the General Construction Circle Staff who were directly associated with the particular project during the period are entitled for the said incentive.   

2. In the Board's Proceedings second cited, orders have been issued sanctioning commissioning incentive to the employees borne on the rolls of North Chennai Thermal Power Station Stage-II stationed at the Project site and were on duty for not less than 300 days, including holidays and casual leave but excluding other types of leave from the date of commencement of the project till the commissioning/inauguration of the project shall be eligible for the incentive.

3. The Chief Engineer/Protection and Communication has submitted a proposal that the officers and staff of Protection and Communication circle were with full involvement and dedication, even working late hours and completed timely commissioning of 400 KV yard and ensured effective power evacuation of 1000 MW from North Chennai Thermal Power Station Stage - II and for sanction of commissioning incentive to the 20 officers and staff on par with the employees of North Chennai Thermal Power Station-II. The proposal was examined and accepted.

4. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that the 20 Nos. officers and staff mentioned in the Annexure working in P&C Chennai be sanctioned and paid commissioning incentive of one month Pay + Dearness Allowance with 10% cut relating to the month of completion (May 2014) on par with the employees of North Chennai Thermal Power Station Stage-II.

5. The receipt of the Memo. (Per) shall be acknowledged.
