PROCEEDINGS:-
In the Proceedings first read above,
orders were issued enhancing the ceiling limit of House Building Advance from
Rs.15.00 Lakhs to 25.00 Lakhs towards Plot Cum Construction/Construction/Ready
Built House. Further, the maximum ceiling limit for enlargement/improvement
towards existing living accommodation was also enhanced to 50% of the overall ceiling limit.
2. In the
Proceedings second read above, partial
modification were issued to the orders issued in Para.3(a) of the Proceedings
first read above, for disbursement of instalments towards purchase of Plot and construction of
house thereon.
3. In order to reduce the
demand-supply mismatch of power in the
domestic sector, the Government in their
orders third read above, have permitted to include the cost of Rooftop Solar
Photo Voltaic Power Plant as a component including the cost of installation,
while the employees apply for advance towards House Building Advance.
4. Accordingly, it is
hereby ordered that the employees, who apply for House Building Advance as
prescribed in Rule.9, Form No. I of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, Rules read
with Tamil Nadu Electricity (Reforms & Reorganization) Transfer Scheme
2010, be permitted the cost of Rooftop
Solar Photo Voltaic Power Plant as a component inclusive of the cost of
installation in

overall ceiling limit, in accordance with the orders issued in the Proceedings
first cited.
5. Necessary amendments
to Rule.9 of the said rules, will be issued separately.
