Diploma Holders orders issued.

The
20 (Twenty) Diploma Holders mentioned in the Annexure have been selected
for appointment as Junior Engineer/Mechanical II Grade (Diploma) during the
period of 2009 revised as per ratio 3:1 based on the above court order dated
20.11.2012 on temporary basis under
regulation 106 of TNEB Service Regulations are allotted to the Circles noted
against their names as indicated in the Annexure enclosed.
2. The Superintending Engineers concerned are
requested to issue orders of appointment as Junior Engineer/Mechanical II Grade
to the said employees under Regulation 106(a) of TNEB Service Regulations.
3.
The Superintending Engineers concerned are requested to incorporate the
following clause in the appointment and posting order of the above promotee(s).
a) Physical
fitness certificates to be sent to the employees alongwith orders of allotment with
instructions to the respective that the Physical Fitness Certificate may be
verified by the Superintending Engineers concerned as per existing
instructions.
b) The
Superintending Engineers may also be informed to verify the educational
qualification etc and whether the employees are having adequate knowledge in
Tamil.
4. The Superintending Engineers are requested to
report the date of relief and joining of the individuals.

5. The Superintending Engineers are requested to
issue suitable instructions to the officers concerned to relief the officials
within 2 weeks from the date of issue of appointment and posting orders without
waiting for joining of substitutes and if any of the officers do no relieve, necessary
action may be taken against them/him for not relieving them/him promptly and
their pay may be fixed as per B.P. Ms (F.B) No.95 (S.B) dt.20.11.85.
6. It is informed that the above allotment is
issued subject to further order to be passed by the Hon'ble High Court of
Madras in respect of W.P. No.8842/2015 filed by Thiru. V.Manoj, The above condition may be incorporated in
the posting orders issued to them.
