the issue of Double Channel promotion system of the RWE Employee @ PYKARA HALL,
10th Floor, Western Wing for discussing the above issue with Director/ Finance/TANGEDCO, Secretary and Chief
Engineer/Personnel and requested to give
suggestion and recommendation on the same, as per the scheduled time
annexed herewith.

RWE
COMMITTEE PROPOSAL
Approved by the Committee Members as follows:-
a. Experience for considering promotion as LI/CI has to be adopted uniformly.
b.
Experience may be insisted as '8'
years uniformly for promotion as
Commercial Inspector and Line Inspectors.
c.
Supernumerary post of Line Inspector
may be given to the senior employees based on the Helper post, on par with
juniors who were promoted as Commercial Inspector but without back wages with
effect from the date of issue of order
and no pay anomaly claim will be entertained an any account.
d.
Panel for the post of
wireman/Commercial Assistant and Commercial Inspector/Line Inspector should be
issued on the same date.
e.

RWE
promotion should be considered based on the Helper seniority and Helper
seniority should be taken for all promotion aspects (ie) from the post of
Helper.

f.
|
The version of date of joining insisted in para 3 of
the Memo.No.051836/555/ G.46/ G.462/2010-6, dt.05.11.2010 for considering
promotion to the foreman I Grade from the post of Line Inspector/Commercial
Inspector may be deleted.

g.
|
Conversion as Commercial Assistant to
Wireman/Wireman to
Commercial Assistant, Commercial Inspector
to Line Inspector,
and Line Inspector to Commercial Inspector
should not be
entertained
