In the above reference it has been
ordered that the electricity bi-monthly consumption of 100 units in respect
of all Domestic consumers (LT-IA
Category) will be supplied without any charges.
2.0)
In respect of Handloom consumers (LT IA category) the supply of bi-monthly electricity without
any charges has been increased to 200 units.
3.0) In respect of Power loom
consumers (LT IIIA-2) the supply of bi-monthly electricity without any charges
has been increased to 750 units.
II) In this connection the following
guidelines are issued for implementation:-
1.0)
Domestic Consumers:-
The 100 units bimonthly benefit of
CC charges payment is to be given to all the 4 slabs’ consumers. Since the date
of effect is to be given from 23.5.2016, proportionate benefit is to be allowed
as below ( Maximum of 100 units only - bi-monthly):-
Proportionate CC units = 100 Units X

2.0) Handloom & Power loom Consumers:-
The
above formula may suitably be adopted for the units supplied without any
charges to the Handloom and Power loom consumers.
III)
This Circular Memo. may be arranged to be sent to all the Sections directly
from the Circle Offices for immediate action by the Sections without any
omission and delay.
IV) The CE/IT has been instructed to make necessary programme in the LT
Billing software (both the legacy & RAPDRP).
