to state that 27 Assistant Administrative Officers as shown in the annexure are
selected for appointment to the post of Administrative Officers in the TANGEDCO
proceedings under reference cited, are allotted to your Region against the creation of post of
Adminiatrative Officers in each Distribution circle office vide (Per.) CMD
TANGEDCO Proceedings No.305 (Sectt.Branch) dated 08.12.2014.
2) I am to inform that with reference to note
(1) in Annexure-II, referred to in Regulation 93 of Tamil Nadu Electricity
Board Service Regulations read with the Tamil Nadu Electricity (Re-Organisation
and Reforms) Transfer Scheme 2010 orders of appointment and postings of
Administrative Officer may be issued by you to the promotee under intimation to
this office without fail.
3) It is certified that the above promotee
possesses the requisite qualification to hold the post of Administrative
Officer and hence their pay shall be fixed under Regulation 33(b) of Tamil Nadu
Electricity Board Service Regulations.

request you to issue necessary reposting orders immediately from the date of
receipt of this order and to incorporate the following clause in the
appointment and posting orders of the above promotees.

not join duty within the time indicated, their promotion order will be
