1 Memorandum of Settlement under section 12(3) of the    I.D.Act 1947 reached before the Commissioner of       Labour/Chennai, Dated 09.01.2014.

2 (Per.) (CMD) TANGEDCO Proceedings No.:26,    dated 04.03.2014.

PROCEEDINGS:-

                      In the (Per.) (CMD) TANGEDCO Proceedings No.:26, dated 04.03.2014 orders were issued to sort out  the issues in  the existing Double Channel promotion and Committee was  constituted consisting the following officers:-

1)	Thiru. S.Akshayakumar, Director/Transmission Projects
2)	Thiru. S.Chinnarajalu, Secretary/TANGEDCO
3)	Thiru. N.Anandakrishnan, Additional Chief Engineer/ Coimbatore  EDC/North

2)  Among the above three Committee Members except                 Thiru. S.Chinnarajulu,/Secretary/TANGEDCO other two Members had retired from Board's Service and hence new Committee Members have to be nominated for further action.

3) Now, the Chairman - Cum -Managing Director has approved the following officers   as  new  Committee  Members in  the place  of  the retired Committee Members.

1) Thiru. K.Rangarajan Director/Transmission Project

2) Thiru. K.Muthu/Superintending Engineer/Chengalpattu EDC.

4) The above Committee will examine the issues relating to convergence of different cadres in various categories in the existing Double Channel promotion in Regular Work Establishment as provided in the clause (12) of the memorandum of Settlement under section 12(3) of the I.D.Act 1947 reached before the Commissioner of Labour/Chennai on 09.01.2014.
