As per the orders issued in
the reference 4th cited, proposals have been received from the Superintending
Engineer/ Madurai Electricity Distribution Circle/ Metro for the revised
Workload norms based on Transformers/ Services as on 01.01.2014.

2) After careful
consideration of the proposal of the Superintending Engineer/ Madurai
Electricity Distribution Circle/ Metro, sanction is hereby accorded for the
creation/ abolition of the following posts in various cadres as detailed in the
Annexures for a period of one year from
the date of utilisation, due to revised workload norms in respect of RWE posts
in O&M Distribution Sections (Field Workmen), Revenue Accounting posts,
Assessment-cum-Collection posts, Stores staff, Lines, Sub-Stations, Special
Maintenance, MRT, etc., based on the Services/ Transformers as on 01.01.2014:-

3) The incumbent of the posts sanctioned in para
(2) above will be eligible to draw the Usual Pay, Dearness Allowance, House
Rent Allowance and other allowances as the case may be at the rates as
admissible under the orders in force wherever applicable.
4) Consequent on the present Revision of Work
Allocation of Staff Pattern, there shall not be any retrenchment/ reversion as
per the orders in para (3) (ii) and (iii) in the B.P. 4th cited.
5) The Superintending
Engineer/ Madurai Electricity Distribution Circle/ Metro shall report the
actual date of utilisation/ abolition of posts as ordered in para (2) above
promptly.

6) The expenditure is debitable to “Tamil Nadu
Electricity Board Funds – Revenue Expenses – Madurai Electricity Distribution
Circle/ Metro –75– Employees Cost”.
7) The receipt of the Proceedings shall be
acknowledged.
