reference to the above, I am to request you to furnish the particulars in
respect of the 51 Nos. of Accounts Officers whose names as shown to the list
enclosed working in your circle in the prescribed format enclosed for preparation
of panel of Accounts Officers for promotion to the post of Deputy Financial
Controller.
2) I am also request you to furnish the personal
details of Accounts Officers (i.e.) punishment awarded during the last 10 years
together with the copies of orders of such punishment awarded/charges framed
etc. (one format may be used for one officer only). Service particulars for the last 10 years and
the date of joining as Accounts Officers along with the suitability report ( 2 Copies) to this office.
3) If the Performance Assessment Report relating
to the last 5 years in respect of the Accounts Officers mentioned in the list
enclosed, if any not sent earlier shall be sent to this office immediately.
4) I request you to acknowledge the receipt of
this letter immediately.
