previous panel of Stores Officer approved in (Per.) CMD TANGEDCO Proceedings
No. 126 (Adm.Branch), dated 28.10.2011.
3) One Thiru. S.Rajakesavan, (Date of Birth
24.06.1964) Stores Supervisor, Trichy EDC/Metro
has been deferred for want of Performance Assessment Report from 2008
onwards in Annexure I and 4 Stores Supervisors have not been selected in this
panel for the reason mentioned in Annexure II.
4) This panel is valid for one year from the
date of approval.
5) The promotion of 31 Stores Supervisors will
be made purely on temporary basis without any rights including seniority in the
category of Stores Officer subject to the outcome of W.P. Nos.2537/2005,
2538/2005 and 2539/2005 and 6358/2008 pending before the High Court/Madras.
6) Receipt of the B.P. shall be acknowledged.
