the post of Chief Head Draughtsman - suitability reports - called for - Regarding.

It is proposed to prepare a panel of
Head Draughtsman suitable for promotion to the post of Chief Head Draughtsman
to fill up the existing and future vacancies for the crucial date of
20.04.2013.
2. I am to request you to furnish 5
copies of the suitability report of the Head Draughtsman working under your
control (List of Names as per Annexure enclosed) in the FORMAT enclosed duly
signed by the Superintending Engineers concerned so as to reach this office ON
OR BEFORE 30.06.2013 positively. In this connection, I am to invite attention
to this office circular Memo. No.068288/Adm.II/A2/97-1, dated 12.06.1997 and
request you to keep up the target date.
3.
I am also to request you to furnish specifically the details regarding
the charges/ D.P. (framed/pendency/undergoing punishment) as on 20.04.2013
alongwith other details.

I am also to request you to furnish the particulars strictly, as called
for in the format. The letter number and the date in which format is enclosed
is also to be furnished in each copy of the format at the top. If any item of
the format having no remarks, that should be replied as "NIL" without
indicating as "DASH".
5.
If any of the employees shown in a particular circle, is not presently
working in your circle, a report may be sent without fail, indicating the
circle to which he has been transferred.
6.
The receipt of this letter together with its enclosures should be
acknowledged in the first instance.
