Under Regulation 92 of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Service Regulations, read with
Tamilnadu Electricity (Re-organisation and Reforms) Transfer Scheme 2010, 60 (Sixty) Accounts Supervisors have
been selected for inclusion in the panel for promotion to the post of Assistant
Accounts Officer for the Crucial date 25.03.2015 for the year 2015-2016 in
Division VIII (Accounts), category-2, Class II Service of TANGEDCO/TANTRANSCO,
in the order of ranking as indicated against their names are mentioned in the Annexure-I.
2) Thiru. K. Samuel James, (D.O.B.:26.05.1960) who
is the first person in this panel will take his rank below Thiru. E. Ganesan,
(D.O.B.:13.06.1958) who is the last person in the previous approved panel
communicated in (Per) CMD TANGEDCO Proceedings No.30, (Administrative Branch)
dated:18.02.2015.
3) 35 (Thirty five)Accounts Supervisors
have not been selected for various reasons mentioned against their names in the
Annexure - II, III, IV &V.
4) This panel
is valid for a period of one year from the date of approval.
5) 60
(Sixty) Accounts Supervisors selected for promotion as Assistant Accounts
Officer based on the rank will be made purely on temporary basis without any
rights including seniority in the category of Assistant Accounts Officer,
subject to the outcome of W.P.No.
35486 of 2002, W.P.No.17936 of 2003, W.P.(MD) No.5161 of 2013, W.P.No.27255 of
2014 and W.P.No.12138 of 2015 pending before the Hon'ble High Court of
Madras and Madurai Bench of Madras High Court respectively.
