Recruitment – Class III Service - Filling up of Vacancies of Junior Engineer/Electrical II Grade – Appointment by transfer method against reserved vacancies for the employees in RWE categories (Non-Diploma Holders) – Proposals -Called for.

                 It is proposed to call for application from the qualified RWE employees for appointment to the post of Junior Engineer/Electrical II Grade against the fourth vacancies reserved to be filled by RWE employees of Non-Diploma holders as per provisions in Service Regulation and as (Per) B.P.(FB) No.17 dated 05.07.2003. The employees working as Line Inspector or on equivalent post or higher posts in the RWE cadre, who possess a minimum educational qualification of “a completed SSLC” or one who has passed SSLC by private and who has possess not less than 6 years of practical experience in Electrical side in the Board and who has adequate knowledge in Tamil (i.e. Attended Tamil Language in a completed SSLC or pass in Tamil Language in SSLC studied by Private or medium of study is Tamil or Passed Tamil Language Test) are eligible to be considered for appointment as Junior Engineer/Electrical II Grade.



               2)  Hence, I request  you  to  furnish  the  names  of  RWE  employees  (Non-Diploma)  working  as  Line Inspector or in equivalent posts and in higher categories, based on Community wise upto the years as mentioned below duly                   
furnishing the particulars of such RWE employees as required in the Annexure to this office under reference letter.

                     3) I request you to furnish the correct date of first appointment in Temporary Casual Labour, TWE & RWE categories.


                          
                     4) The experience in Electrical side is a must and hence only those who are having practical experience in Electrical field alone should be recommended for selection.




                     5) I request you to obtain the applications from the employees with  attested copies of certificates towards evidence of their Date of Birth, Community,  SSLC Qualification (SSLC Marks Sheet & SSLC First Page) and a certificate for Physically challenged person if any, by fixing a last date for receipt of application and on forwarding  of  application,  necessary  genuineness certificate has to be obtained
from the concerned Educational Department for the SSLC Qualification. The appointment order shall be issued to the selected candidates only after receipt of the genuineness certificate. The bio-data of employees furnished in their applications may be thoroughly verified with reference to Service Book and a statement furnishing the names of employees applied for the post of Junior Engineer/ Electrical II Grade may be prepared as Annexure-A (Specimen form enclosed) and the statement may be sent along with the certificates submitted by the employees.



                                 


                    6) In case, Disciplinary Proceedings are pending against any of the employee the nature of charges on which D.P. has been initiated the stage at which the D.P. is pending may be indicated and whether the employee is any undergoing punishment, the nature of proved charges, kind of punishment imposed and the date of commencement and the probable date of completion of punishment may also be furnished.

              
                   7) The selection will be made on merit according to the rule of reservation order as per G.O.Ms.No.65, P & AR (K) Department dt.27.05.2009.

                   
                                                                                                    
                                                                                        

          8) I am to request you to forward the consolidated proposal furnishing all the required details in complete shape, in Annexure-A so as to reach this office positively before  15.10.2015 without fail.

             
          9) If no qualified person is available, a NIL report should be sent promptly.

Note:- 1. If Attested Xerox copy of Community Certificate could not be obtained from the individual Attested Xerox copy of the
              Page which indicates the Community in the Service Register of the employee should be forwarded.
          2. A completed “SSLC” means, one who appeared for the SSLC Examination through regular schooling and marks are
              entered for all the subjects irrespective whether he is eligible for college Course or not.
          3. If the employee has possessed a pass in Tamil Language Test then the proof should be forwarded.
