The candidates whose names have been
mentioned in the Annexure are provisionally selected as Technical Assistant/Mechanical under compassionate grounds and allotted to various
circles noted against their names on
temporary basis against the existing vacancy in the time scale of pay of
Rs.21100-67100. The Superintending Engineer’s concerned are requested to issue
orders appointing them as Technical
Assistant/Mechanical early.
2. In the appointment orders, it may be
indicated specifically that the appointment is subject to the following
conditions:-

i) |
He should
produce satisfactory records in original regarding his educational
qualification and date of birth to the SE before joining duty. If any discrepancy is found in the
certificate or if he is found to be unqualified for the post now offered with
reference to the certificate produced by him, his appointment will be
cancelled. |

ii) |
He should
produce a certificate of Physical Fitness in the prescribed form. |
3. A form of certificate of Physical Fitness
should be sent to the candidate along with appointment order with suitable
instructions to obtain the same from Government Medical officer with reference
to the guidelines already issued in Para-6 of this Branch Circular Memo.

4. The dependant should be asked to produce the
declaration (enclosed) in person on a date to be specified along with original
certificates relating to his educational qualification and date of birth. All the original certificates should be scrutinized
and checked. Only
the certificates relating to educational qualification issued by the educational
institution recognized by the Government is valid. The appointing authority may be requested that before issuing appointment orders, the educational
qualification certificate produced by the applicant should be got
verified. Orders of appointment should
be issued only after the appointing authority has fully satisfied himself that
the dependant is qualified and eligible for appointment.
5. The Superintending Engineer's concerned
is also requested to obtain an undertaking in Rs.100/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper
duly attested by a Notary Public as instructed in the Adm. Branch's circular
Memo No.093419/G9/ G91/2016-1, dated 19.11.2016 before issuing the appointment
order to the individual selected on Compassionate Grounds and also all the
particulars may be collected as per the circular dated 19.11.2016.
6. The candidate has adequate knowledge in Tamil as per (Per) FB
TANGEDCO Proceedings No.42 (Secretariat Branch), dated 28.11.2019.
7. The Superintending Engineers concerned are instructed to
selected person that until completion of five years and shall not be eligible
to make any application requesting transfer to any other circle/office under
the control of any other appointing authority and, until completion of three
years, shall not be eligible to make such application within the circle /
office under the control of the same appointing authority as per orders issued
in (Per.) (CMD) TANGEDCO Proceedings No.7 (Adm.Branch), dated 08.03.2019.
8. In case, if the dependant is allotted to other than the circle
in which the deceased Board Employee last worked a copy of allotment order may
be marked to the Superintending Engineer under whom the deceased was last
worked.
9. The copy of the appointment order issued to the individual may
be sent to this office and the date of joining reported promptly.
