          I am to state that 10 (Ten) Stores Custodian II Grade who have been selected for promotion to the post of Stores Custodian I Grade on regular basis as per the Annexure enclosed are allotted to your circle against the existing  vacancies.

          2)   I therefore, request that as per the powers delegated in TNEB Service Regulation 93, necessary appointment and posting orders as Stores Custodian I Grade may be issued to the above promotees under intimation to this office.

          3)   I am also request you to report the date of joining/relief of the above individuals early.
