is informed that the Chairman-cum-Managing Director has directed to conduct
verification of certificates and Interview in respective region at the
following dates for the candidates eligible for appearing in the interview for
the post of Field Assistant (Trainee)
by Direct Recruitment 2015-2017.

candidates are covered under court case.
It
is requested to depute one Superintending Engineer and one Executive Engineer
as committee members for each team and one Executive Engineer for each team
will be deputed from Headquarters, Chennai as committee member. The officers
and staff required for verification of certificates, etc. will also be deputed
from this office. It is requested to make necessary arrangements in advance to provide
accommodation to the selection committee members/staff for conducting the
interview and verification of testimonials of the candidates. Necessary seating
arrangements may also be made to the candidates who attend the interview.
Additional man power and stationery required, if any, may also be arranged. Lunch
and snacks may be provided to the selection committee members, officers and
staff of this office and also for the staff deputed from your circle for
assisting the work.
It
is requested to make arrangements for pole climbing and cycling including video coverage for each candidate.
Further
the Chief Engineers of respective region are requested to monitor the entire
process of Interview and ensure that the interview is conducted in a fair and
transparent manner. Necessary temporary advance in this regard may be opened.
