                   In continuation of the letter under reference cited, I request you to furnish the Suitability Reports in respect of the Technical Assistant/ Electrical mentioned in the Annexure as per the Format.

                   2.  If any of the Technical Assistant/Electrical who have been transferred from a particular circle (shown in the Annexure) to your circle their reports may also be sent without omission.

                   3. The above particulars may be sent to this office on or before 15.02.2016 without fail so as to prepare the panel for promotion to the post of Junior Engineer/Electrical II Grade.
