Sir,
I am
to enclose a list of names of 33 Assistant Administrative Officers whose cases
are to be taken up for consideration for promotion to the post of Administrative
Officer. Necessary format for furnishing the required particulars for the
purpose of preparation of supplementary panel is enclosed. I am to request you to furnish the
particulars in A4 sheet (4 copies) as required in the Format I and II (enclosed)
in respect of the Assistant Administrative Officers of your circle.
2) In case any Disciplinary Proceeding is
initiated after furnishing the above particulars to this Branch, such
particulars may also be furnished promptly immediately so as to indicate the
same in the statement put up before the Departmental Promotion Committee to
decide the selection for promotion.
3) The Performance Assessment Report upto the
period ending 31.03.2014 in respect of those Assistant Administrative Officer should
also be sent in the revised format of Performance Assessment Report ordered in
(Per.) B.P. (FB) No.37, Sectt. Br., dated 07.10.2010 strictly along with
reports, if the same has not been sent to this office so far.

4) The circle in which the Assistant
Administrative Officer working are given as per the records available in this
office. The particulars may be arranged
to be sent to this office on or before 30.01.2015 without fail. In this connection, I am to invite your
attention to this office Memo. No.6029/ A18/A181/2009-1, (SB) dated 30.01.2009
and request you to keep up the target date.
