Sub:	Establishment - Class III Service - Promotion to the post of Head Draughtsman from the post  of Senior Draughtsman - List of names selected and included in the panel - Orders - Issued.

                   Under Regulation 92 of T.N.E.B. Service Regulation, the 39 names of Senior Draughtsman detailed in the Annexure-I to this Memo. are informed that their names have been selected and included in the panel for promotion to the post of Head Draughtsman on regular basis.

                   2.  One Thiru. A. Amanullah, (DOB:04.05.1960) Senior Draughtsman/Transmission-II has not been selected in this panel for the reason mentioned in the Annexure-II.  He is informed that any appeal against his non selection lies with the Chairman cum Managing Director/TANGEDCO within a period of 2 months from the date of communication of the approved list.  If no appeal is received within the said period the approved list communicated (Annexure-I)  will be deemed as final.

                   3. They are directed to acknowledge the receipt of this memo.
