The Superintending Engineers of Distribution Circles are infomed that the orders issued in the Memo third cited is hereby cancelled, since the W.P. No.23057 of 2010 and M.P. No.2 of 2010 filed by Thiru. P.Pushparaj was dismissed by the Hon'ble High Court in its order dated 08.02.2011.
The Superintending Engineers of Distribution Circles are therefore requested to consider the promotion to the post of Special Grade Foreman adopting the guidelines issued in the reference second cited.
